The HSE state on its website, “As an employer, you must protect your workers from the health risks of working with display screen equipment (DSE), such as PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones.” This course is designed to meet Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992, which is aimed at a worker who uses DSE daily, for an hour or more at a time and is classified by the HSE as a ‘DSE user’.
